I have placed my order, what happens next?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via email. Our Creative & production department will then reach out to you via email within 2 working days. This email will include the artwork for your trophy and will include the award title, your company logo and the awards programme branding.
You will need to respond to this email to confirm if you approve the artwork, and likewise if you require any changes. You will need to respond via the deadline specified within this email.
Once you have approved your artwork we will send your trophy for production. Each trophy ordered is returned to our premises for quality control measures, once we have completed this, your order will be dispatched to you via a courier.
You will receive confirmation once your item has been shipped with details of the tracking number and courier.
