As we approached the festive period, Christmas deadlines were brought forward, creating an even tighter turnaround at one of the busiest times of year. Throughout it all, Chloe and Chelsea stepped up in a big way, working with focus and consistency to stay ahead of data batches and keep everything moving when it mattered most.
Chloe has done a fantastic job balancing a demanding workload while also staying on top of awards campaign activity, ensuring progress continued without disruption.
Chelsea has continued to deliver high-quality work while supporting key campaign activity, helping to maintain momentum across the team during a particularly pressurised period.
