AI Global Media is a Burton-upon-Trent-based B2B digital media group, looking to recruit a highly dedicated IT Systems Support Officer to the team. The business launched in 2010 and currently employs thirty-eight individuals and has an I.T. team of six.

The IT Systems Support will form an integral part of the IT team and the wider business. The successful candidate will manage our Zoho One Suite, support in managing one of our email management platforms and work closely with the wider team and our sales and marketing teams. This role would suit someone with strong business acumen skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Manage the Zoho One Suite for the business
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise day to day within the CRM and other Zoho applications.
  • Leveraging Zoho to find new ways to improve and streamline processes on the platform.
  • Create and maintain appropriate reporting for the business using the data from Zoho CRM.
  • Creating Dashboards on Zoho Analytics for departments to track various KPI’s.
  • Managing Zoho Campaigns to send our opt-in subscriber newsletters.
  • Liaising with our Zoho support contractors to resolve issues that are out of our scope.
  • Providing staff training on the platform as needed.
  • Administration of Zoho CRM
  • Management of email sending platform covering reporting, technical set-up, account management

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Min. 2 years’ experience of ZOHO Administration
  • Strong MS Excel skills, particularly for analysing data & report building
  • Desirable – experience of email send management
  • Desirable – email deliverability knowledge/experience
  • Desirable (not essential) MySQL knowledge
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Keenness to ensure great teamwork
