All physical items will be shipped to the address and contact name given at the time of booking. Alternative delivery address can be provided however this would need to be provided prior to dispatch. Tracking information will be sent via email upon disptach.
Please note that any customs or import charges incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the receiver.
Due to shipments requiring signatures or shipments delivered to the consignee, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses outside of the UAE. All shipments to Brazil require the recipient’s Tax Identification Number (CNPJ for companies, CPF for individuals) for Customs clearance purposes.
Indian shipments must indicate if the package is to be sent addressed to the company or solely to a person, please note any shipments sent to the company will require an import license in order to clear the shipment through customs. Germany deliveries may require a shipping invoice for clearing with customs, please contact the production team at: [email protected] and this will be provided to you.
Please note any faulty or damaged items are to be reported to us in writing along with images of the item(s) in question and any inner or outer packaging within 14 days of receipt in order to be considered for a replacement. Do not report to the carrier as any replacements are issued directly by AI Global Media and any breakages raised through the carrier can affect broken in transit claims which causes delays in replacements being actioned. We kindly ask for you not to return shipments, as these are bespoke items for an individual or company they are of no value to us to be returned. Please also note any charges incurred by shipments being returned may be added to your invoice.
AI Global Media are not responsible for incorrect address information, customs issues or failed delivery attempts. If packages are returned, redelivery fees may apply.
