What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively contacting customers to clear outstanding invoices
- Taking payments and processing card transactions
- Using initiative to track down alternative contacts when needed
- Providing accurate, up-to-date information on ordered items
- Handling dispute resolution over the phone and via email, with a friendly, professional manner
- Liaising with other departments to ensure clients receive correct, current information
- Keeping account notes up to date and organising your workload to cover international customers across time zones
- Providing weekly updates on your accounts to the team and management
- General finance admin duties
- Working towards personal and team targets each month
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort working towards targets
Nice to have (training provided if not):
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of payments, refunds, currencies, and conversion calculations
No experience in media or credit control is required — full training will be given. We’re primarily looking for the right attitude and a good fit with our team.
Contract Type: 6-month temporary contract, with a view to permanent for the right candidate.
Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire (Hybrid model 3 days office, 2 optional WFH)

Working Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm (45 min lunch) and Friday 8.30am-1pm. (other hours around our core office hours can be considered).
