Lead Generation Executive

About the role

WE ARE HIRING FOR A LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

You’ll be working alongside our IT team to gather data from online sources provided by the Campaign development team.  The role involves using various software to automatically gather data to be compiled and sent to the team in a uniform fashion for cleansing & enhancement. The ultimate goal ensuring the team responds to the needs of the business and processing sources to the required deadlines.

We’re searching for someone who can:

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues on data issues and progress
• Use various programming tools for automated data acquisition & lead generation including Python
• Interrogate difficult website code to find out why certain sites cannot be accessed using Python
• Incorporate the use of various Python libraries within different scripts to ensure an automated collection process
• Manipulate data sets using Microsoft Excel
• Write Python scripts for automated tasks
• Meet data deadlines and data targets in line with programme dates set by sales
• Work with the data team to ensure data is being collected efficiently and promptly with minimal issues

Experience with data gathering using web-based scraping tools and Python as a data collection method would be ideal, along with database experience of GIT repositories and MongoDB. Experience using Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of using various formulas and functions to manipulate data is essential plus relevant IT Qualifications.

We want to work with someone who believes all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their own initiative. You’ll be someone that is proactive, has good attention to detail, actively collaborates and is open to new ideas.

Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary: £20,000 PA (Increasing to £24,000 on completion of initial training and probation)
