How Many Men Suffer From Erectile Dysfunction – And Is It Curable?

When it comes to sexual health, one of the most common problems that men report to their doctor is erectile dysfunction.
Although it is a frequent affliction for men in their later years – around 40% of men are affected by erectile dysfunction at the age of 40, with 70% affected around the age of 70 or older – there are plenty of cases of men, regardless of their age, being afflicted with ED.

Causes of erectile dysfunction tend to vary. If your case is mild, then it could be a case of sexual performance anxiety, age, or perhaps even ED caused by dehydration. If your ED is more serious, however, then it might be caused by five key factors:

Now onto the real question, is it possible to cure your erectile dysfunction? The simple answer is yes. As mentioned previously, there are some simple ways to cure it if your case is mild, including exercise, specific yoga positions for ED, meditation, hydration, weight loss and better sleep.
